If you would like part of your order delivered overnight to metropolitan areas or second day to country areas, we offer an express airbag service:

OVER/UNDER SUPPLY POLICY - MADE TO ORDER GARMENTS

When manufacturing Made to Order apparel products it is a common practice to add a few additional units in each size to compensate for any loss during the manufacturing process. Depending on the actual loss due to faults and fabric flaws that are identified during the final Quality Assurance process, the final order quantity supplied can be higher or less than the original order as follows:

Order Qty less than 100:          +/- 10% of the total garments ordered.
Order Qty greater than 100:     +/- 5% of the total garments ordered.

Please note: Graduation or special purchase orders, the full order amount will be supplied.  

RETURN / REPAIR POLICY

- Returns for credit WILL NOT be accepted without prior arrangement with our head office.
- All returns MUST be accompanied with an authorisation number issued by our office.
- The client is responsible for ALL POSTAGE COSTS incurred with the return of the product, except where the product has been  supplied incorrectly by Perm-A-Pleat Schoolwear or the product is determined to be faulty or defective.
- We reserve the right to repair all faulty and defective products where possible instead of replacement or credit. Therefore replacement garments should not be issued to consumers without head office approval.
- Products damaged as a result of wear and tear, accident or mishandling will not be credited or repaired or replaced free
of charge.
- Made to order items will not be accepted for credit or exchange.
- Stock items that are returned will have a restocking fee of 10% of the value of the goods charged, unless it is a Perm-A-Pleat Schoolwear error.

REPAIRS

- We reserve the right to repair all faulty garments where possible.

PRICES

- Prices are reviewed every 12 months and a new price list is issued for the following year, however prices are subject to change with or without prior notice.

TRADING TERMS

- The terms of payment are net cash on the 25th day of the month following statement unless agreed to in writing by the company.  Interest may be charged on all outstanding amounts at a rate of 2% per month or part of a month on any amount held or paid late.

ORDERING IN CARTON QUANTITIES FOR STOCKLINES

Quantities 1-9	Will be picked singularly to exact quantity ordered.
Quantities above 10 which end with digits of 1-5	Will be rounded down to the nearest carton quantity.
	E.g. - LLS Grey shorts 45 size 10 = 40 garments
Quantities above 10 which end with digits of 6-9	Will be rounded up to the nearest carton quantity.
	E.g. - LLS Grey shorts 46 size 10 = 50 garments

EMBROIDERY MINIMUMS AND CHARGES

Stock line garments and accessories are a minimum of 30 – price on application (excludes woven shirts, hats and caps).
Stock line woven shirts, hats and caps are a minimum of 40 – price on application.  Reapplication of pocket on woven shirts is an additional fee of $2.50 ($2.75 including GST).
Made to order garments – embroidery price on application.
Early order discount woven shirts – minimum 200.  Embroidery on stockline imported shirts $3.00 ($3.30 including GST).
Set up fees apply for one-off embroidery designs.
If minimums are not met then a surcharge applies.
Sampling of embroidery is free of charge, however, should changes be made during the sampling process then a charge of $5.00 ($5.50 including GST) is payable for each subsequent re-sampling.

Sportswear minimum of 30.  Stock line Shirts, Hats & Caps are a minimum of 40.

The above prices apply to a standard, small screen printed school crest or emblem.  
No screen print set up fees are payable for a standard ongoing screen printed school crest or emblem.
All special designs and sizes are price on application.
Artwork set up fees may be applicable.
For a once only logo – screen print set up fees and artwork fees will be quoted.
Faction screen printed logo’s are subject to a screen set up fee and artwork set up fee.
If the minimum on the garment is higher than the screen printing minimum then the garment minimum will apply.
If minimums are not met then a surcharge applies.
